Hi, I was told that the line installations fees are R900, now I am only being credited 495??
Also, My line has been suspended again, despite having paid an amount of 800 on the 27th of May.
I need my line up and running ASAP, I don't have to the entire amount that you claim I am owing, I will need to make payment arrangements.
Paul Khabo and his Supervisor Kamo Phoba are refusing to help me make payment arrangements, they are telling that I have to pay the full amount to have my line reactivated. This same scenario happend last month where I payed the monthly charges and my line was reactivate despite the outstanding balance.
I need my Internet UP and Running ASAP, please assist
