I am using VIPPayroll for more than 10 years and pay my license fees every year. Four years ago I bought the leave module to complement the package

We used the leave module and it was working until we made the latest upgrade. Now the leave is not working anymore

on the 24 November 13 I phoned Vip tec support and they instructed me to change vip cpmpany password. I suppose it was to get rid of me

I changed the password and the Vip software company would not accept the password there after

I phone again on the 25 November 13 and tec support at Vip told me to complete a form to enable them to give me a password to enable the leave module again. Which i did and scanned and emailed back

tec support phoned me back on the 26 November 13 at the time I was unable to access my computer. The lady said i can phone back any time because i sent the form already

on 27 November 13 i phoned vip tec support again to get the "vip password" to correct the software.

I honestly dont work for Vipppayroll as a matter of fact i pay them for to use the software. Why do they mess me around like this?
