I was billed for their mistakes

I recently wrote a report whereby Vodacom changed my contract without my consent. i was on contract Top up 275s, and was changed to Blackberry 240 BES by the 1st of February without my knowledge, i was promised that they will rectify the mistake and change my contract back to where it was, the contract was changed by the 1st of March but i was billed R406 for the month of February instead of R275 and a lady called Batseba Moholo assured me that they will rectify the mistake and give me back my money, but up until now nothing has been done again i was billied R469 for the month of March, instead of 275, they make empty promises and i have to pay for their mistakes, i know i am due for an upgrade with them soon, but i am not going to upgrade as i m disappointed in them.
