Do you exist?

I have tried to receive a land line from Telkom for the past 12 Months to no avail. I tried to contact a sensible and knowledgeable person who can assist me but it seems they are not employed by Telkom. Please assist me to contact a person who is authoritative with guts to solve my problem and frustration
