I had been waiting since Jan13 for a Telkom line, not patiently I might add. I received a line yesterday 15 May2013. The ONLY person I have to thank is Marlene Coertsen at Telkom Head Office Pretoria. This woman is an asset to Telkom. Marlene went beyond the call of duty to assist me for the past 2 months. Much to her frustration at times as she would end up dealing with the same lazy people I was. I had spoken to so many people who are no help at all infact useless is the word that comes to mind. Judging from all the complaints on this site I can see that Telkom needs help, serious help. People like Marlene should be utilized to save the face of the Company as she is service orientated and loyal to her brand and job. A very rare find. Marlene THANK YOU SO MUCH. Telkom is very lucky to have you. People like you make a difference in this world.
