Unlawful billing and bad service

Cell C is trying to me about R2100 on a cell phone contract, I've been sending them proof of payment since July 2012 and when I write to hellopeter they call me same day and promise to work on it and when I do the follow up they just pretend as if its the first time they hear about this, please Hellopeter help me before they blacklist me
