Zero Coverage and No Response from Call Centre

My partner and I have for the last 3 years complained about the coverage in our home in Heritage Hill, Brakfontein Road, Centurion. There are many "deadspots" where there is 0% coverage, whilst my CellC data card and Vodacom have 3G coverage. We have to go out into the garden if we want to make or receive any calls. Calls are dropped if you move the handset a centimeter from a "good" spot.

In the middle of last year, MTN installed a "booster aerial" in our home, but it was installed so badly that it had absolutely no effect. The "flag" of the aerial is swivelling 360 degrees around the mast and looks like a carousel in the wind. When we tried calling the technician, he did not accept our calls.

We tried calling the coverage center multiple times to complain. Every time the agent promise that someone will call us back, but they never do. Same thing yesterday: we called to complain, the agent promised the manager will call us back before 17:00, but NOTHING!

Despite being a loyal customer for more than 15 years, I am going to cancel my contract. We have given MTN ample time to fix the problem, but to no avail.
