Cancelled my contract on the 26th of March for the 26th of April 2013. (ref. 46722676). Phoned today 27th of May and asked why they haven't cancelled as they where still taking money from my acc. Spoke to Nompumelelo and she said that THEY made a mistake by loading airtime again after it was cancelled and the cancellation will only start today 27 May. I said that I will not except it as it is their mistake. Sarcastically she made it clear that I will still have to pay end of May for their mistake. I asked for a reference nr for THIS CALL and she said that all of a sudden they can't give me a reference nr. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she said that the supervisor is now on lunch (16h45). This is pethetic service and I wonder how many people get caught with the same "convenient mistake from virgin mobile".
