Query not resolved 2 months late

I logged this query on 21 Nov'13 last year. I have been contacted by quite a few Edgars staff members who promised me that my query would be resolved.

Well today is 30 Jan'14 (2months later) and I am still having to fight and beg to get this resolved. I've received e-mail after e-mail from Edgars advising me that my query is resolved.

I AM NOW TIRED OF THIS NONSENSE.

CAN SOMEONE SENIOR PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL.
I DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO A TEAM LEADER OR SUPERVISOR PLEASE!
