Applied for a ADSL line in the first week of Feb. 2013 (2meg Uncapped with no installation costs) end of Feb. they installed and every thing perfect. Come the first month billing what a shock!!
I can understand pay pro rata and for the next month no problem but then, a double adsl charge, installation costs and line rental. You phone them lay the complaint, two weeks later you phone again because they have a no phone back policy it looks to be OK only to find out the next month everything is added again, you phone again they say that they newer had a campaign that said free installation, you tel them to look on there own site they say it must be a fault.
This is now May and still I have no joy I have paid my installment every month but still they disconnect my line,
They wright on there complaint phone customer but still they don't I think they do not know how to operate a phone although working for telkom.
