Duplicate Account Now Cut Off As 1 Acc Not Paid!!!

We have established that Telkom has 2 accounts for one telephone line for us. We have been paying one account and not the other account, as you cannot pay twice for 1 telephone. They have now cut us off due to none payment for the one duplicate account. We have contacted them and requested they turn us back on straight away, as we have paid and this is their fault and not ours, yet we still wait!!! Due to you bunch of, why should we suffer??? You duplicated the account... Now #@$%ing turn us back on!!! I spent 40min on the phone to sort this out, why have you not turned us back on??? This is disgusting service!!! I also told them I can't call back once I was home, so they asked why... why the @#$% do you think... maybe cause you cut my TELKOM line!!! When I said that, I was told to go and find another Telkom line. I refuse to use my cellphone and waste my airtime on you incompetent people. I then told them to call me back and was told they can't... YOU ARE TELKOM AND YOU CAN'T CALL ME!!!
If I had not PAID I could understand me having to call you, but regarding the fact that this is your FAULT I would think that you would be more helpful!!!
