I logged a complaint on hellopeter almost 3 weeks ago about the rubbish MTN uncapped lite and the fact that i'm unable to use it because it is slower than dial-up on a 14, 400 modem. They asked me for information which I sent over 3 weeks ago and I have not had any feedback. So I'm still buying pre-paid data from 8ta and using that soi'm wasting money paying for one thing I can't use.
Just goes to show how much MTN cares for their "customers". I asked them to cancel the contract due to the speed and the fact that it is unusable and they are quick to tell me i need to pay in, because i can't just cancel the contract. Also let me miss 1 paymnet i'll probably get blacklisted etc.

Please just cancel my contract so that i can move to a service provider that offers services that work.
