Have an MTN Uncapped Lite contract through @lantic. Started experiencing problems 2 months ago. Logged a call for them to fix it. They blame the modem. They say I must send in modem. Almost a month later I dont have the modem back yet and nobody can give me an ETA. Bought a brand new modem and still experiencing the same problems, therefore the modem is not the problem. Logged another call when I discovered the modem is not the problem and have been ignored on that issue.

I want to cancel this contract as you are clearly not delivering on your side of the agreement while money gets deducted religiously from my bank account every single month. You still have the modem in your possession. So cancel the contrat and call it quits. It is only the fair thing to do. I have CC'ed the HOT OR NOT email address on my last correspondence with the Bloemfontein branch.
