NO RESPONSE AND NO HELP

I am not happy with the issues I have had with my parcel ..Firstly I would like the manager or the MD of group on to give me a call personally so I can explain what an absolute fiasco this delivery has been.
I received the following feedback below that my delivery would be done on the 25th Feb 2013 .
I follow up with an email to find out what is happing on the 27th of feb no response. I wait on hold today for 20 minutes on 3 separate calls to Group on to ask what the is going on
To find out the delivery has been done and Francis has signed for it at a security gate... This in my books is unacceptable since when do you deliver something to not the address recipient esp. when the delivery is over R1000.I was told to call the courier company for the major stuff up
I call the courier company in a rage only to find out that the delivery was done on the 14th and to the old address. I received confirmation on from group on via email to change the delivery address before the delivery even got dispatched.
This is absolutely unacceptable and not professional I am an extremely angry and unhappy customer and would appreciate that I receive a call to express this absolutely ridic
