BAD SERVICE IN YOUR CALL CENTRE AND REPAY MY MONEY

On the 8th of November 2012 I sent an email to the MTN email address [Email Removed] which is used if you'd like to cancel a contract. I was told that the last debit order would go off end of November, but to my suprise on the 1st of January double of the normal Debit order went off my account which had no money because I only transfer money in that account when I know Debit orders will go off. So my account is sitting on a negative and Standard Bank has put an additional fee of R150 because of this dishonoured payment. I have sent emails to MTN about this- NO RESPONSE. I called the call centre and all they kept on doing is transferring me till I ran out of airtime.

Rectify my account and make sure you pay me back that R150 too!!! and dont ever touch it again because I do not owe you guys anything anymore. I will never sign up for a contract with MTN ever again!
