Super Slow service

I was forced to do a SIM swap on teh 15th. I was promised that it would be attended to within 72 hours. Its now 12 days later and it is still not operational. I have been in to the Fourways branch to query it and they are powerless to fix it. It needs head office to attend to it.

I spoke to Zanele Goma about ti an the data call centre. She has a bad attitude and told me that I need to wait for another 24 hours. That was 5 days ago. I am still waiting. At the time told her that this was not acceptable. She said ti was the system and she made no effort to solve the problem. She said that I must accept that. I asked to speak to her manager whom she said was not available. Then I asked to speak to her managers manager, who was also conveniently not available. Then I asked to speak to the nest level manager who was apparently on leave. I have no internet access from home thanks to this lousy service, lack of concern for customers. It is just poor. I have no internet access. The staff has also refused to compensate me or make another plan to help me have access to the internet.
