Worst service than my previous complaint

On the 16th of May i phoned the sales line to upgrade my data contract. The lady who assited me was very helpfull and all was done quickly and easy. i then asked her if i will have it the following day as online it states that when you order online its next day delivery, she advised that it might be as i am close by, but advised that it can still take 3-5 working days. On 22 May i phoned to find out where my goods are, i was advised that its still within perion and later on advised that there is no stock, but i will have it by friday. its monday and i still dont have my stuff, phoned again and advised that there is still no stock. So how can you advertise a service and cant deliver, also why must i keep on phoning to find out what is happening, if there is no stock how can you still sell the product. maybe if i was told there is a stock problem i could have looked at something else and not be sitting with this issue. can someone please come back to me and let me know what is going on and when will i receive my goods.
