ADSL not working - fault closed?

Fault 355CRK150513 was reported on the 15th. On the 17th the fault was 'closed'. The service was no better than when it was reported. Today a new fault 956CRK200513 was created. Now the ADSL line doesn't work at all. How does Telkom expect a multibillion rand company to function with no ADSL for a week? Do you expect companies to stay with Telkoms service when this happens?
