I recived a call on the 11/03 from vodacom account saying that I owe R4000 on my account after I recived my statement for Feb that said I owes R632 for all my contracts. I requested a service call to be logged for the website that I visited (ref no S3TKR3PPP10H) for my moderm account as i could not undrsite why was my account that high. I got another call the next day for feedback and was told that my contarct was not a topup that is why my account was that high. I then requested that they should listen to the call (ref no S3TKS2JJQ6PC) of the sale as I was under the impression that I have a topup R99 contract which turns out it was not. I03/04 still no feedback I phoned vodacom again to find out why the debit order for the 2 phones didnt go off, I was told it was cancelled and that i have to make a manual payment (Ref 285922891). 23/04 still no feedback and now my phones have been suspended, call vodacom again to reinstate my account and do a followup on my query, was tols they are still investigating. 06/05 MAmpai from sales department logged another request and up to date there is no feedback. I will not pay for something that I was not aware of. Can someone please resolve this
