More than a month have passed since i logged a call charge dispute with Vodacom and still no feedback at all from them. Only empty promises via Helopeter. I have spent the whole morning trying to get hold of somebody who can tell me whats going on only to be told the case is still under investigation.
How can it be so difficult for Vodacom to keep there unhappy customers informed? Why is it so difficult for me to communicate with Vodacom?

I cancelled the debit order allowing Vodacom to deduct from my account as they wish and paid cash for the legitimate charges against me.

Thank you Vodacom for ruining our realationship.
