The staff at MTN Cavendish have always had really bad attitude
They are surly and rude! I have a very bad experience in the past
And was not allowed access to any higher levels of authority
To complain. Today I am here for a simple sim swop. As usual long
Queues and the staff just don't care. 15 people in the queue
And only two staff at the service desk. This branch is notorious for
Their rudeness and lack of service in the cavendish centre. I signed a
Contract with my younger daughter with Vodacom - what a difference!
As soon as I can I will be converting the rest of my family
