On Sarturday 18 May 2013 i was on queue to buy and pay my account, immediately when have approached the till the cashier asked those who using the truwords card to buy must go and pay at the last till she just mentioned that she was assisting those who was using the cash amount. i also moved to the last till i have been waiting at the other long queue immediately when i approached the cashier i asked her to pay my account first and she responded by saying that no here you must buy only and if you want to pay your account you must go and start that queue and she was responding with attitude. I tried to explaine but she did understand i decided to take my cards and go because time is money i can not wait for 3 queues in one shop. i would like to inform the higher management to make sure that one till has access to all services because the queues are very long. for my side i was not happy with the attitude i will close that account month end because of attitude i received. it was not first time even last year i forwarded all my documents to the church branch to change my surname even today nothing have been changed.
