Bad Attitude

Hi

I would just like to bring under managements attention that the staff's attitude at Clicks Cavendish Glen is very bad.

They think they are to good to assist you and if you eventually get someone to assist you - its a HUGE effort!

I'm not sure if there is a blind spot on the stores cameras as few male staff members stood in the corner at the ladies lotion/cosmetic section leaning against the wall chatting - ignoring the customers.

I think you guys need to send the staff on a customer service program or let head office do follow up training.

This is not the first time I had this experience at this branch.
