Rudeness of staff at MTN Cavendish Square!

My daughter who is a 4th year Bus Science student at UCT went into the MTN store at Cavendish Square about three weeks ago to have her Blackberry repaired. She had no problems with that as it has been successfully repaired. Today she called me quite distressed - as she had gone into the store to enquire about her memory card which seems to be missing. The service she received from someone called "Valencia" was pathetic. She was rude and abrupt. It is not about the memory card which can be replaced but what leaves her in turmoil is the customer service and the way she was treated by Valencia.

No one has the right to treat another with no respect. MTN is not doing us any services. I have been a customer for a few years and my monthly bill from MTN is just under R800.00 per month.
I reside in Durban and must admit that I never have problems with our outlets here. They are forever helpful and often go out of their way to assist.

So MTN Cavendish should take some lessons. My daughter asked to speak to the Manager, someone called Yasheen and was told that he was "out on training". I cannot reach them via their phone number. Cavendish Square say this is not the first complaint!
