No service/repairs on iPhone 4S

14 Dec-Went to IFIX for power button that's not working

17Dec-Received a call from IFIX that the power button is repaired but am I aware of the 'flickering' and a white dot on the display. Told them that prior to the book in, there was nothing wrong with the phone other than faulty power button

20Dec-Called the store and was told that the phone is ready for collection. When I asked about the flickering-I was only told that it is fixed? They also said that the phone was previously worked on/opened, which is not the case as that phone was NEVER worked on before

Collected the phone where after it started shutting down and could not get the phone on again, even with the power cable

21Dec-Took the phone back

23Dec-IFIX said they got the phone on but want to know from me what is going on with the phone, now claiming it was jailbroken before?

I then demanded to speak to Koos le Grange where a Johan returned my call and said he want to work on the phone and get back to me

27 Dec-IFIX called and they want my iTunes username and password to test??? I said no and the lady said she will call me back

It's the 30th-NO PHONE AND NO CALL BACK? Unacceptable service!!!
