IPhone submitted twice - not fixed

Telecommunications

I submitted my iPhone 5 for repairs as the lock button wasn't working. After three weeks, I received my phone back stating it was a 'software problem'. Needless to say, but my lock button was still not working - not sure how software can cause lock button to physically not working. Re-submitted the phone, waiting another 4 weeks, and received phone back stating that the 'volume buttons replaces'. Again, the feedback and the actual problem not related, or at least not explained. Nonetheless, at least the lock button was working.

Been going for a week now, and realised over the weekend that the iPhone's camera light (flash) has been affected in the process, and is not working at all. Hence, after a total of 7 weeks' wait, my phone is still not 100% fixed. I refuse to re-submit for repairs as I will not wait another 4 weeks...

Generally the service is unacceptable.
