Rude Staff with disrespectfull behaviou

After holding on to speak to a consultant we finally reached a lady from telkom. After I, Johan Fourie verified my account (which was a struggle due to her incompetence). After my wife tried to explain our query, which till now was not resolved, she interrupted the whole time and did not give us, as customers, the chance to even state the problem correctly. My wife tried explain to her the frustration we've been having the last 3 months with this query and then she decided to simply cut us off. NO REFERENCE NUMBER was given as there was no time during the conversation to acquire this detail. The operators name was not clearly stated. All this happened on the 31/10/2013 at around 13:45 from our telkom landline : 0123339540. We are really unhappy about this event and considering cancelling all our telkom services, including internet services etc. After years of customer relationship one would expect a bit more effort from Telkom.
