VERY BAD SERVICE

I was due for an upgrade of my data contract on the 1st of April 2013. We were at the Brooklyn Branch first and enquired about the upgrade (my contract is one with a Laptop). When enquiring about the laptop deal in their leaflet i was told that they would order one for me and contact me. This was the first weekend of April and i never even received a phone call to let me know they cant get one.
Then we went to Jakaranda Centre MTN and they took my number and said they will order the Laptop for me. No one have contacted me from that store, we on the other hand went there 3 times and every time they take my number and say they will order one. When enquiring over the phone i was told that they ordered a Laptop and did not receive same. I was just wondering does it take 2 months to order a Laptop. And why don't they call back as promised. I think we should just cancel our contracts at Mtn and go to another service provider instead. When enquiring at the Jakaranda branch they get rude. I am really not a happy customer.
