I have logged a complaint 2 weeks back about my almost no 3G speed. I was sent a technical questionaire to complete which I did and returned. I was informed that it will be passed on to the Network Department.
Well am still waiting. Cause the 3G reception is still bad. It seems that a leopard can't change its spots. Telkom was the same and now its mobile child i.e 8ta is just following suite. Promising to look into things and passing it on and then thing.
How can one interact only with ones clients via email. I promise you that I will find the MD or CEO of 8ta's, contact numbers and will bombard him/her with my issue. It is very unfair on your part that I now have to resort to these measures.
