Bad reception

I logged a complaint a few weeks ago regarding bad / no reception in my area even-tough the 8ta website indicates i should have 3G reception. Since then, technicians have investigated the issue but I have still not received ANY report!! MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT: https:///8ta/complaints/bad-reception-1111682

How can I pay for a service that does not work as it should? I need to know what my options are so that the necessary actions can be taken
