Virgin Mobile's poor service continues

I have called several times to complain about the problems I am having with sms's, BIS, network coverage etc and am told they have reset the settings, I must reboot and if I still have problems I must call them once again. The problem is never resolved and when I refused to do it once again I was told by Bhongi 3 days ago that she would escalate it to the BB department and I must be patient. Why must I pay for the contract when the phone is of little use to me?
