Hi 086100 SLOW (Very Slow)

My blood is boiling as this is not the first time I get ripped off by you people due to the line speed and the number of hrs I need to wait for your call center to answer my calls. I am paying for a 2 meg line and I am only getting 42 kbs / sec. Please dont tell me that you will look into this problem and get back to me as you have told so many people on this site. I have already sent you emails with no response to date. Due to your lack in speed, I could almost not do bank transfers for my employees wages last night and I had to go and use my neighbours PC at 9pm last night to accomplish this. Are you people going to reimberse me for my time and the use of my neighbours internet? Do keep in mind that this has happened before and please do not blame Telkom as I know this is not the problem.

Is it possible for me to withhold payment from you as you can withhold my line speed?

Please advise urgently as I am seriously looking at another ISP and will inform all colleagues and friends of your great comitment to service delivery.
