No sensitivity to Deceased account holders

With the recent unfortunate death of my father 3 weeks ago, I needed to change 2 cellphone contracts to my name. These contracts have been with MTN for atleast 10 years, My father used to use one and I use one. After calling the call centre to find out how to do this, I was directed to legal services. I was given the information and complied with all requirements and sent the documentation through. I have had to follow up numerous times and yet i am still no closer to getting this resolved. Im not sure what is confusing, I have offered and sent through the documentation to take over both contracts. I am willing to stay with MTN and continue spending my money with them every month. At the moment I am very disappointed in the service and the fact that this has not been done. The insensitivity to the matter at hand is absolutely terrible. I could walk into another supplier and get a new contract within minutes but try and change a contract from a deceased persons name to a living persons name is a mission. Come on MTN, make me a happy client again.
