Fooled by a big company

I was fooled by Vodacom agents (Mr. Feni and his Colleagues) that were at the Shoprite Mall in Philippi- Cape town 23/05/2013 - then to me and said they were running a promotion if I buy a starter pack for R29, every 1st of the month I will get airtime of the same amount for a year. I told them I' m using Vodacom already, they told me I can't let the opportunity to pass me by of receiving R 29 airtime every month for a year, that made sense I bought the starter pack. I'm still waiting for the airtime. Mr Feni and colleagues, you really fooled me because I took out my Vodacom simcard to replace it with a new Vodacom sim card and a new number for what? Please Vodacom Explain this to me.
