Good day,

I am writing this on behalf of my Father, a client of MTN's for 17 years, on multiple contracts.

We have requested that one of the contracts be cancelled, as it is not being used. The payments for this contract have been made religiously each and every month. The minutes have been adding up and a request was made that these minutes be transferred to another number or converted into data as if we cancel the contract the entire value is lost. Something must be possible as it is just data / airtime.

Being in sales, I understand that clients may make requests that are unusual, but to be told that there is nothing that MTN can do I find a little ridiculous. A client of 17 years is something to be valued.

I hope that I receive an answer to this.
