Nokia Lumina - worst handset ever invented!

I went to Corporate Cellular in Boksburg for an upgrade in Jan 2013. I was told that this was the best handset to go for and decided to do the deal. Only to find that I had to take the handset back after only using it for 10 days, because of the battery not even lasting a day. The handset had to be sent in for repairs and then conveniently came back with the world famous "liquid damage" attached to it. When I did further investigation on the wonderful photo given to me, I found a patch which looked like a finger print on the mother board. So I ask you, if only a technician can open the handset, how did a finger print get on the mother board? Now I've been a Nokia user since I started using a Cellphone, u can investigate with MTN and this has been the worst experience ever. I demand a working handset in order for me to conduct my every day business and I refuse to take responsibility for this, as i think my next step is CPA.
