Service so bad, can't even open Google

I've been living @ my current address for almost 2 years now, never had a problem with the connection untill the last 4 months

My data usage exceeded 2gb p.m. Not anymore, my connection is so bad that it won't even load my Google homepage.

I've phoned 0839001212 @least 10 times, the 1st time there was a problem on the tower, which was resolved about a week later. My connection was fine for month & then it started going downhill, I could use my internet only about 1 week p.m.

About 4 weeks ago bought a Cellc prepaid sim to use, it worked fine on my modem, since then I racked up about 6gb on my mtn sim, so I started using it again, It worked fine untill last week.

Today I phoned signal complaints again, the person checked the tower & told me it was congestion, apparently they constructed 2 new towers in the area, now my question is:

If all the other service providers have cheaper data deals, who is congesting the network & why must we suffer, I'm paying for a service that I can't use, that is expensive & not worth staying loyal to.
