Good day,

This is my second complaint now.
I have the uncapped lite internet contract, as well as a 2gig contract. On both these contracts I have very poor signal, and lots of disconnections. Mainly on my uncapped contract at home.

I phoned the 083 900 1212 number as you suggested, (ref. nr. 00003540134), and they say my nearest tower is fully operational on 2G and 3G, told me to speak to data department, but always get cut off holding on for them.

I phoned call center again, while on the phone with them, the women said there is nothing she can do, but I must just hold on for a second then try opening a webpage again, suddenly my internet worked again, but only half an hour. Now again, I have to wait a few minutes just to open Google home page.

I know about the 3gig highspeed deal, and slower connection after that. But to wait a few minutes to open Google, really? This all started December last year, before that I could live stream video from supersport on my slow speed. Now I can't get into supersport's website.

A friend that lives close to me got a antenna from MTN because of slow, uses a usb dongle and has better speed than my B683 router. Please send a tech to me too
