Please help!!!

When I took out my contract, I put a softblock limit on my phone. Early in this month I realised that I will use more that my limit. I tried phoning the call centre, but as usual, not enough staff available, so I tried the email option. I sent nashua client services an email on 05/05/2013. No response. Again, I sent an email on 17/05/2013. Again... no response. I then tried sending an email on 22/05/2013, and guess what... no response. This morning when I woke up, I received the sms saying that I have now been softblocked. That means... no calls (not even to Nashua to unblock the phone), no sms and no data. So basically I pay R400pm to not get service. Saving me time? NO! Saving me money? Well time is money, so NO!!! And putting me first??? A big resounding NO!! Anyway, let's see if the Hello Peter option helps in any way. I look forward to (not) hearing from you.
