Vodacom gives wrong/false information

I initially complained about Vodacom's price plans for the new Galaxy S4. I've been at Vodacom for 15 years but refuse to pay the high costs for this new phone compared to all other major networks who offer more for less for the S4. I was told by Lomarie van Dyk that all I need to do is request a "Deal Match/Maker" and fill in a form together with the competitors ad for the same phone. Two of my local branches say they do not keep this form & did not want to help me any further. I am due for this upgrade 1st June and nobody is taking me seriously. Tygervalley Centre has requested this form from headoffice but it has been almost 2 weeks now with no response. Why tell me, "Do this" when frankly it doesn't work to resolve my issue. If you will not assist a paying, loyal customer I will take my money elsewhere. You cannot monopolise just because you have a wider network coverage. It's all about the clear price difference of almost R100-R200 between yourselves & the competitors. I was informed by Vodacom Upgrades that normally an average of R800 must be spent on one contract to possibly gain a deal match/maker. I was not informed of this initially and have wasted my time pursuing this!?
