Illegal billing from Nashua Mobile

I was in New York last year and used my 3G card to check email headers only while at JFK waiting for my flight. I received a bill from Nashua Mobile for R6231.36 for data usage - in analysing the bill it became clear that there must have been a technical problem with the billing as it shows a consistent data usage while I was over the Atlantic and disconnected. Nashua just shrugs their shoulders and says that if Vodacom says I was connected then I have to pay.
I sent them proof of my boarding time from SAA and they just ignore all my complaints. Now my only option is legal action which will cost a lot of time/money - it is sickening that this sort of thing can happen - big corporate vs SMME - stuff you SMME we do not care about you or your business, just pay up! Nashua Mobile "Saving you time. Saving you money. Putting you first" should read "Wasting your time. Increasing your expenditure. Putting you last".
