Not saving me time, Not saving me money, Definitely not putting me first!!!

In May 2013 I placed second in a marketing competition, one of the prices I won was a Mecer 71s tablet, sponsored by Nashua. 16 June 2013 the screen of the tablet broke. I took it in to Nashua for repairs 18 June 2013, asking for a quote. A month later the tablet is still there and I haven't received a quote yet, but have been told to contact the supplier of the tablet, which i think is very poor service, and making their job mine. I took matters into my own hands after being told that my problem was not their first priority at that moment. I phoned Nashua Head Office, there i was told that they would phone the branch and get all of the details about the matter where after they will phone me back that same day. never happened. I phoned again the next morning and was told the same thing, that I had to phone Mecer (The supplier) again thinking it is their job to phone the suppliers and not mine. After explaining my problem for the second time this morning, I've been put on hold once again.

I'm utterly disgusted with the service I'm receiving from Nashua, in fact, I'm not receiving any service at all.
