Webafrica - server down - day 3 now without e-mail

Is there any other companies out there that is hosting e-mails with Webafrica? And experiencing the same problem as us, i.e. referring to loss of income due to server problem at Webafrica? Is there any advice to recover / claim via Webafrica for loss??
