As a reseller I have been with WebAfrica for over 6 years. For 99% of that time, they have been very good. However recently the quality of the service and products has dropped. I've had one client leave my hosting as a result and with more at risk.

Essentially, every 2-3 weeks over about the past 3 months the server has experienced issues where clients had connectivity issues to the mail server. Repeatedly the server was "fixed" but then again in another few weeks another problem appeared.

I have grown concerned about their service and am greatly disappointed with their responses and handling of the situation to bring about an effective resolution or strategy to ensure the server is stable.

I would advise anyone taking their service (in particular as a reseller) to fully test the environment first over a few months before making any decision on using them.
