No 1 prepared to sort out what is wrong!

1st the consultant said I would be paying 15 c per mega byte instead I'm paying 99c?
I go into the shop, no1 can do anything for me or help me rectify the prob and would be happier to see me go to voda com if and when my airtime runs out
Unable to add airtime or a data bundle to my acc even if its pre paid! Just ridiculous
