Line has been faulty for more than 2 days

I called webafrica on the evening of the 19/11/2013. I informed them that my line was down. The agent then informed me that there is a issue on my port or something and that he would need to log it to telkom. A response of 24/48 hours would occur and the line would be fixed. Today is the 21/11/2013 and the line is still down. I dont care that the issue is with telkom. I pay webafrica to deal with these things. Since moving across to webafrica, I have been having constant issues. I tried calling your call centre this morning. I was listening to music since 6:30 till 7:02, so I just hung up. I work from home and need my line sorted asap PLEASE!!!
