My mobile data on my cel phone has not been available since this afternoon despite the fact I have 635 mg available at this moment in time. Its now 21:40 on 22 May 2013. I have tried every "help line", cel number, service provider, contact us, etc etc since 15:00 this afternoon and the only response I receive is "press 1, 2, 3, 4, press, 2, 3... and the option is some sort of sales talk, balance available, new service and, and... So much for MTN "SERVICE PROVIDER". Where is the real service and assistance?
