Cancell contract within the 7 days grace period

1. Cell C Please assist with cancelling my contract as it is still within the 7 days grace period. I called the contact centre and spoke to Mumsy who said there is no response from Ram couries about the collection and i have to call on friday.
The phone was collected by Ram on monday the 20/05/2013 please assist to cancell as on friday it will be the 8 day. I do not want the money that has been debited i just want the contract to be cancelled.

2. My first contract has not been cancelled if someone can confirm the day of the cancelletion as 20 days has already passed since a letter of cancelletion and proof of settlement was sent.
