They were down again for a full day, we get no feedback. When I asked for credit due to this, this is what I got back.,
I have consulted management and they have confirmed that we are able to motivate one month free hosting on our part as compensation, with that you would need to confirm that we would retain you as a client of Web Africa.

Now they won;t give credit unless I say I will stay with them. WOW, now they wonder why they are losing clients, one more reason I will be moving all my domains from them and will tell everyone I know to do the same. You can;t work like this
