Disgusting Service from Cell C

I cant believe the absolute LACK of customer service i received from Cell C Rosebank, i booked a 3G in for a software upgrade last year, i received a call yesterday to say i had to pay an amount i never knew about, they say they sent me a quote i have not received and have not accepted. Went into the branch, and they say they cant see from the name of the consultant put on the receipt WHO exactly booked it in. They "cant "see from their records who booked it in. Now they say i have to pay that amount before i get the 3G back. They also cant see who called me yesterday, come on everything is on record, how do you not know who books something in for a service and who calls customers???

There is no way im paying amounts that just pop up from from nowhere.
